Each daily 30-minute task provides actionable steps to help you declutter your digital space, reclaim your time, and rediscover life beyond the screen.

From setting boundaries with social media to adopting tech-free routines, this plan will guide you toward a more intentional and focused life. By the end of the 30 days, you’ll feel more balanced, productive, and in control of your digital habits.

  • Week 1️⃣ — These first seven days you'll assess your digital environment and the tools you use every day. You'll gain an appreciation for the scope of your digital interactions and begin to identify non-digital activities you find rewarding.
  • Week 2️⃣ — This week is the first of two weeks where you'll begin to create intentional distance from optional technologies. During these 14 days you'll move beyond awareness into action.
  • Week 3️⃣ — The second of two weeks of digital retraction, where you should begin to move from discomfort to discovery of new pockets of time and attention you didn't know you had.
