Welcome to your journey through Mark Manson's counterintuitive approach to living a good life. This plan takes you through each chapter of the book with activities that help you understand and apply its core concepts to your daily life. Over the next three weeks, you'll explore and apply the principles from "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck" to help you learn to be selective about what deserves your attention, embrace problems as part of happiness, take responsibility for your life regardless of fault, and develop a healthier relationship with failure, rejection, and even mortality.

Each week of this plan includes one milestone to review your progress and three days with application sessions based on a chapter of the book.
