Welcome to your desk wellness journey!

Over the next six weeks, you'll systematically transform your workspace into a sanctuary of health and productivity. Most tasks are designed to take 15 minutes or less, making them easily achievable within your busy schedule. More importantly, each change builds upon the previous ones, creating a compound effect that research shows is key to lasting habit formation.

Schedule

You'll practice 3 new tasks each week and build upon each previous step to optimize the way you work at your desk.

  • Week 1️⃣ — Foundational ergonomics. You'll begin with foundational ergonomics, ensuring your body is properly supported throughout the day.
  • Week 2️⃣ — Movement patterns. Research shows that breaking up sitting time with short movement breaks improves both energy and focus.
  • Week 3️⃣ — Visual health. Our eyes are in constant motion during screen work, and they need just as much care as our bodies.
  • Week 4️⃣ — Energy management. Adequate hydration, proper lighting and intentional nutrition combine for an energy-generating environment.
  • Week 5️⃣ — Stress reduction. Develop a sophisticated stress management system that works within your schedule to buffer you from workplace stress.
  • Week 6️⃣ — Sustaining long-term habits. Trust the systems you've built, maintain your weekly tasks and keep refining what works best for you.

Over these six weeks, you will transform your workspace into a sanctuary of productivity and wellness.
